This is the last update supplied by project organizers from April 2010. Sorry nadda since then. As soon as we hear, it'll be shared.

Provided by City staff of the Cycling Infrastructure & Programs.
‘The design was finalized last week and I am hoping to update the website with the final design and public comment summary soon. The final design will not include the portion of the proposed path from Trinity Circle to Lobb (past the playground area). This area will remain as is. No other connections are proposed to connect the path to Crawford/Lobb (as was suggested by a few people) because there is not sufficient space to provide a contra-flow bicycle lane on Crawford. All other proposed sections have been retained, taking into account feedback we received from the public about signage, grading, surfacing material, etc.’

Attached is pdf of summary of comments from Open house.
